I got RPs for payment made on 7, 8 and 9th September, waiting for 10th. I got bonus also credited for all the payment made after 20k threshold

I don't trust idfc as of now and will not recommend anyone to use it until they credit rp on time. As you all are aware cc bill payments are excluded in their t&c and we can't complain about it.

I did and they told to wait for 14 working days

It takes minimum 10 working days from the first transaction to activate reward system.

Better to switch to Indusind and get assured CB of 1% rather than to risk for 0.8% more on not so reliable idfc Card, and CB is real cash in indusind and not as idfc where it's in Form of voucher

Finally got points for sept 8 mobikwik cc billpay txn today. So they are just processing manually in batches in whatever order they wish whenever they get some spare time, instead of a proper automated setup.
