Yes, I got points for the transactions I did on 26th September. I received points on 4th October without raising any queries.

In App - Login - three line button on the upper left corner - you will see option named "First Rewards", just above "My Relationship Team".
In Net Banking - you will see "First Rewards" on the first screen itself after login.
No notifications for receiving points, will have to manually check.

Yes, click on the first rewards button in app/Netbanking, it will redirect you to a website, then click on "View Profile" --> "Activity". You will be able to see rp for each transaction.

They've raised request will take 3 working days. Why don't bank intimate when they have "technical issues" going on. 😔
