I opened a new account in IDFC last week.
I received 2 debit card within span of 5-6 days.

Why did the send 2 cards?

And which card is eligible for 2000 welcome

All debit cards are eligible for 2k reward points. What's the name of the 2nd debit card? Maybe with idfc first power account u get the super power of 2 debit cards😄😄

U can talk to the branch and manage with one month also.

Try in tier 2 3 cities.. I got the upgrade by maintaining 5lakh for 3 months

There's no provision of auto upgrade for banking programs in idfc. Branch staff will manually raise a upgrade request via sms to you and you have to provide your confirmation. Post that he will send to ZH or some higher up for the approval.

My RM told.me.he will create a family group.
And will upgrade this account to wealth.

I am hoping he will be able to upgrade it with 25k balance only

Try opening new account if possible. Tell them I'll deposit 10L and I need wealth instantly if they agree and give it in writing or email them proceed once the account is wealth add into your family grouping make wealth account holder primary member in the family all others will be upgraded then again u can change primary member if needed.

This is the current status of my payments with IDFC Select DC and Firstap Rupay DC. Hopefully the points would get credited soon. Today marks the 12th working day since the Feb 18th transaction. Anyway waiting patiently.

So I made transactions via PhonePe this month ie March using the Firstap Rupay DC, and I straight away got the points credited. Got the welcome points as well, even though the first transaction happened in February. Transaction date, March 10, and today on March 12, I see the points.

I guess have to wait till they reconcile the transactions for February. Probably as posted earlier, tagging of my new IDFC debit cards to the reward system didn't happen earlier.

Same here. Fortunately my march payments are well within the limit otherwise the first txn bonus would eat into monthly capping.

Bro, some issue happened in Canara Setu + IDFC Select DC combo; even i made a large payment on 17th Feb no points credited yet. But the points for payment made on 16th Feb were credited!
