I was talking about the rewards team guy. He was confident that my account will unblock soon. He was keep assuring me. I was formal with him. I only explained him my issue. May be because I hold a private account. I just have ~2L RP. Hardly doing any transaction now. RP is there for last 4-5 months as it is.
They should treat Private Customers differently in case a private customer moves out its a big financial loss vs any wealth customer

IDFC don't care in moving a big money. As i was angey with not honouring their commitment of a locker, I moved all my money from wealth account. I was expecting a call from them but they didn't care and called sofar.
True. They'll just downgrade if the system automatically does that....
Is there any problem occur if we get 30k points per month as select and after upgrading 50k points per month? Any issues will come? And if come how to handle its all credit card bills payments spending @Abhishek012

Not able to redeem and there are many like me.
I had to get reward profile created witth the help of rewards support in Feb. Not sure in new portal. Call customer care and tell them that you want to reach to rewards team. Report this issue to rewards team

No issue, but if you only use the account for CC bill payment. Then it will get blocked.
Nothing. They will freeze the account or rewards portal and ask for justification.
Home Expenses and might ask for invoices. Just visit the branch and ask your BM, they will lift the ban.
Via CC will be a lengthy process. Visit the branch and ask your BM to sort this out or close the account and move all the funds.
Use the mobile app after the upgrade. You need to login to net banking from there directly to the First Rewards portal.
