I thought they only did blocking once when Sumant's tweet and social media storm made them unblock. Were there more instances of blocking rewards?

They also freeze your account. Check for the no of instances on Twitter or TechnoFino, you will get it.

In the recent update activity option has been removed
So only option is track points before and after every payment

They have 100s of irate customers complaining about the stupid redesign.
Their logic:- we will not get activities tab back BECAUSE
all transaction RPs will be posted in real time now onwards

The problem:- real time reward posting is not active. My last rewards posted are from 21st March

I have 10+ transactions after that.

So IDFC logic
Make things worse instead of testing systems work as expected
Just the way this country works in EVERYTHING

Via CC will be a lengthy process. Visit the branch and ask your BM to sort this out or close the account and move all the funds.

Use the mobile app after the upgrade. You need to login to net banking from there directly to the First Rewards portal.

For me first reward portal is now showing in Mobile app as well as in Netbanking
