Please take a moment to review the changes applicable with effect from 1st May 2024:

Power Card -

1) Power RuPay Credit Card -​

Current Fuel Reward Points - 15X Reward Points on HPCL Fuel up to 500 Reward Points (= ₹125) in a statement cycle

Revised Fuel Reward Points - 21X Reward Points on HPCL Fuel up to 700 Reward Points (= ₹175) in a statement cycle

Current UPI Reward Points - UPI transactions earn Reward Points basis the defined category of spends like Fuel, IDFC FASTag Recharge, Grocery and Utility OR Base Rewards [Excluding non-HPCL Fuel, Insurance, EMI]

Capping: As per the respective category

Revised UPI Reward Points - UPI transactions will earn 2X Reward Points across all categories. [Excluding Fuel,Insurance, EMI]

Capping: No cappings

2) Power+ RuPay Credit Card -​

Current Fuel Reward Points - 24X Reward Points on HPCL Fuel up to 1600 Reward Points (= ₹400) in a statement cycle

Revised Fuel Reward Points - 30X Reward Points on HPCL Fuel up to 2400 Reward Points (= ₹600) in a statement cycle

Current UPI Reward Points - UPI transactions earn Reward Points basis the defined category of spends like Fuel, IDFC FASTag Recharge, Grocery and Utility OR Base Rewards [Excluding non-HPCL Fuel, Insurance, EMI]

Wondering about getting the IDFC First HPCL Rupay Credit Card. I have the ICICI Bank HPCL Super Saver Credit Card but benefits max out after Rs 5 K monthly spends on fuel at HPCL, while my total fuel monthly spends would be around 8-9K.

Any users can share their experience and what's the max benefit on fuel purchases?

I just received the idfc first power plus card. I used that card for airtel postpaid bill of 700 2 days ago and i cannot see any rewards in the application.

Also wanted to check for first transaction in HPCL petrol pump should i swipe the card or pay through hp pay qr code to receive the 500 cashback welcome benefit since i have paid the joining fee

They Revaluation the reward points not Devalue.

Also asked the customer care about utility and grocery they confirmed that 30x on Grocery & Utility till 2k is still there and in statement also there is a column for that.

Today i used this card IDFC Power Plus for Rs 3699.00 fuel and paid using HP Pay scan, attached the screenshot below. I was charged 3736.1, additional 1%, you can see the number of HP coins mentioned in the bill. Hopefully will get the rewards of 5% in the card and HP Coins credit as shown.
Edit 1: i filled normal petrol, though HP Pay mention power petrol in the bill
Edit 2: I got the 216 HP Pay coins in the HP Pay app today(after 1 day)

This is what i have done, as per the tnc i should get the welcome benefit. i will update once i get the statement. I got the HP Pay coins as updated earlier.

no, i was referring to the tnc pdf. i will get my statement on 19 sep, as per the tnc, the welcome benefit will be given in 45 days. i will check with the CS in case i dont see it in my CC account/statement. Will update here as well for the benefit of the community.

Update: I just spoke to the CS, he confirmed that i am eligible for the welcome benefit, but it will come on/after 45 days from the transaction date, so i have to wait.

i check the statement on the app, sharing the screenshot here, short summary:
1. got the card on 20 aug
2. did the transaction of Rs 3699.00 on 23 aug using hp pay app on hindustan petrol pump, refer the list of petrol pump eligible from the idfc website, though i paid the 1% surcharge on 3699.00, but i got 1.5% cashback as 216 coins in HP Pay coins which i redeem against 250 amazon voucher by paying the additional amount
3. i got the 5% of 3699 as rewards points in the last statement which we can redeem, there is redeem charges of 99 so better to redeem with large number of points as points do not expire
4. i got the welcome benefit of 500 in the current statement
