IDFC First HPCL co-branded credit card on RuPay

It is a Co-Branded card with HPCL and it's a Rupay SELECT Credit card . Wonder what will be it's fee.

Finally received card. Loaded HP pay wallet and paid using wallet, but received payback points equivalent to 1% instead of 4+1.5%. Any idea on this?

I am not sure this is how it works, because at least for IOCL how it works is, I give my mobile number and pay with my citi or axis indian oil card, and the points I get from IOCL and the credit cards(including surcharge waver is different).

So basically if I don't give my phone number while making payment i won't receive any points on IOCL.

For HPCL I am not sure, others might be able to confirm.

Rn IDFC isn't issuing two unsecured cards to the same person, maybe after sometime it will start.

Currently only one unsecured+ one secured

I have BOB HPCL card and the way it works with that card is if you want accelerated reward point + 1% payback you need to scan and pay though the hpcl app, wallet load only fetches 1% reward points

Are you sure, i have secured idfc wow card. After how many months of wow can i apply for other idfccard? I also got zero balance idfc savings account can i get preapproved cc offer? Sorry for lengthy post

No. 1st card if unsecured, then 2nd card can be secured one (can be applied from app on FD lien)- (NOT Recommended).

But since you already have unsecured one as 1st they will not give unsecured.

My neighbourhood HPCL is only offering me the HPPAY paycode, not the QR code. And so there is no waiver of the surcharge.. I only got 50hp pay points for 1000 rupee loading on the HP wallet with the power+ Credit carc

I made another direct payment with Power+ CC on their POS machine without the HPPAY app.. I will report that once I see some charges and rewards on the statement …

I am guessing the best way to pay is with HPPAY QR code scan and then directly with power+ CC rather than adding to the wallet …

IDFC Rupay are now live on UPI and also give same rewards based on mcc category as per their website. So 1% return on all spends outside fuel and utilities.

Are they tied up with Discover, Diners or JCB?
