I just heard the exciting news about the launch of the IDFC First Insta Pay UPI Credit Card, and I wanted to share the details with you all.

No Lifetime Free- Rs 199/anum:
The worst part about this new card is that not going to be "lifetime free"!

Virtual Form:
The IDFC First Insta Pay UPI Credit Card will be in virtual form, which is super convenient. This means we won't need a physical card – everything will be accessible through our mobile phones, making transactions easier than ever.

Availability for Non-IDFC Cardholders:
Now, there's one thing I'm not entirely sure about – whether this card will be available for non-IDFC cardholders. It would be great if it's open to everyone, but we might need to check with IDFC First for more details on this.

Sabko nahi mila, Lakshman. It excludes me. I got the Amazon Pay ICICI credit card in August, and already spent more than ₹1L, yet I don't see it pre-approved for me. Whereas my dad has a Visa Coral card already for over a year, yet he sees the RuPay one in pre-approved offer. ICICI ke alag hi nashe hain.

Arre bhai card mille 2 months hue nhi aur apko pre-approved offer chaiye. Thoda sabar rakha karo icici upgrade offer 6 months m deta h.

Bhai Amazon pay card pe koi offer nahi milega. Maine jaise hi coral cc liya immediate within a week ruapy coral LTF pre approved aa gya. Amazon pay main 4 years se use kar rha hu lekin rupay ka offer nahi mila.

Maine kuchh hi dino pehle ICICI Platinum Visa credit card liya on card-to-card basis with my 3-month old Amazon Pay credit card.

Also, I've already spent more than ₹1L on my Amazon Pay CC. So, hope I get the Coral RuPay card now. (Even if I have a better one — a Tata Neu Infinity HDFC card. 😜)

Like I've millenia card, if i apply for this, & deactivate Rupay Virtual Card within a year. Will my main Millenia Card be active?
I won't be charged except GST on Joining. as cashback on joining will be nullified ? any thoughts?

Yes your main Millenia card would be unaffected.

Surprised to see that they are charging for a virtual Rupay card.

AXIS n Kotak are giving it LTF. I got them both LTF (Axis - I do not have any SB account with them - only AIRTEL CC. Kotak - I have 811 SB account n ZEN CC).

ICICI does not give pre-approved offers for their CO-branded CC customers - like me who hold only their Amazon Pay card.

They give them only for their core CC customers.

You can get their LTF Platinum card just by sending DM to ICICI Bank Cares twitter handle. They'll provide it on the basis of your existing Apay CC. After getting that card you'll be able to get their pre approved Coral Rupay CC.
