IDFC First KYC

Yesterday IDFC has fetched my KYC record from CERSAI . I got a mail from CERSAI . But I have not applied for anything nor I have given consent to fetch records . Email is stating that they used E KYC authentication but I checked m aadhar , there is no authentication.
Previously I have IDFC Wow card ( Closed in Nov 23 ) and Flipkart Pay later ( closed ) .
Can anyone say what is the case here ?

I received the same email and SMS. I have not applied for a new card and assumed it was related to the card I obtained in January.

- No Cibil hit or any update regarding that on UIDAI

But I checked the CERSAI website . To fetch your KYC Records from their database customer consent is must .
But I don't give any consent this time .
Earlier I was thinking to call the customer care . But being a Indian Institution I am damn sure that customer care has no clue about this matter . They will just raise a service request and you just wait and wait . Futile tries .
