I have idfc power plus and I noticed that if i purchase fuel like 103/110/108 rs a upi surcharge of 11.80 rs added per transaction in statement and for 315rs/500rs no surcharge is there so can anyone clear this things what what is the surcharge % on petrol in idfc power plus card and what is the transaction limit for waiver

11.80 rs added per transaction

For fuel transactions, a surcharge of 1% is applied to the fuel amount, with a minimum of Rs 10. Additionally, an 18% GST is levied on this surcharge, resulting in a total of Rs 11.80.

Fuel Surcharge Waiver

Fuel Surcharge of 1% (min Rs. 10) of transaction value + GST as applicable is levied by the acquirer (merchant's bank providing terminal /payment gateway).
Fuel Surcharge waiver of 1% of transaction value will be passed by IDFC FIRST Bank as per the table below (applicable only on fuel transactions with value between Rs. 200 and Rs. 5,000).

That 1% Surcharge is waved off if you buy petrol ranging from 200 to 5000.
and 1% surcharge is common for every bank and only the minimum and maximum transaction value changes.

What is the actual process behind getting petrol for 200 rupees? 200+ 1% surcharge (min 10)+(0.36) gst=210.36 right?? And what will be the surcharge waiver for this 200 rs payment is it 2(1 % surcharge waiver) or 10 rs(as they deducted the surcharge 10 rs )?
