IDFC First Private CC

I recently got IDFC First Wealth CC with 10L CL LTF. Wanted to know anyone who has directly got Private CC or upgraded from Wealth to Private? Can you please share your experience?

I tried applying online, and their system recommended Millenia with a 50K limit, so I canceled the application. Won't be applying again anytime soon

I am thinking the same thing now. I won't ever use that card even if they had given wealth (except for movies) so ended upt asking a cibil hit for no reason.

I don't think IDFC has started issuing Private credit cards.
I have a Private account with IDFC and have their Private Metal Debit card since a year.

I have a Private account with IDFC and have their Private Metal Debit card since a year.

Major difference is with the relationship manager for your account and investments.
I get good service for my business account too.
It all depends on what u use the banking for.

How did you get First Private account? Was it difficult? I spoke with First Private guys in IDFC. They require 1 cr TRV (with 50L min demat holdings) and others in balance. Even FD is not counted as investment as part of TRV. Crazy requirements.

1cr TRV is what even I have heard.
I didn’t even know that there was a private account. It was just offered to me sometime in the end of 2021.
This was offered since I have my whole investment portfolio managed by someone who happens to work in IDFC bank.

I believe they charge around 50k for IDFC First Private CC which is a big turn off. Better to go with Infinia.
