IDFC First rewards disappeared

I had about 50k rewards accumulated by credit card payment using wealth debit card.
I can't see any points in the app. It says "try again" where the rewards are mentioned!
Can anybody else check their app to confirm if it's s problem with their system or they have confiscated my points!

Portal is down
