Issue Resolved Missing IDFC First Rewards on Select Debit Card Transaction Done Between 14-22th June

The highlighted issue has been resolved by the bank/financial institution.

I did some transactions using my IDFC Select DC between 14th-22nd June on these 2 merchants "Sbiunipaydbcard" & "BHARTIAIRTELLTD". But have not received any RPs. Before 14th June, all RPs were credited and on 23rd June I did 3 transactions on "BHARTIAIRTELLTD", today it was credited Successfully. Asked customer care they said to wait for 14 days from the date of the transaction. Also, mentioned that today they came to know a few more customers raised the same concern with them regarding RPs. He mentioned that it will be credited within 14 days if not then they can raise a manual request.

Also, highlighted many faced these issues on the transactions done between 13th-20th June.

I am missing 622 RPs.

Can anyone check there and confirm whether yours is credited or not during this time frame?

I got my firsttap card on 22nd itself and did 2 transactions on Setu. Today is 24th and the points are not credited.

does it takes time for rewards profile enrollment for the firsttap card or anything?

Connect to dc rewards teams and ask for points on particular transaction
Wo batayega eligible h but 15 days me aa jyenge warna call us for manual 👍

7th and 15th dates have not yet been covered by the maximum of 14 working days TAT. Even though I have received the points for later dates as well, I suggest you wait it out, they are usually credited within that 14 biz days time period.

Transaction ke same day points leke bhi 14 days poore hone tak redeem nahi kar paoge, so just sit back and relax.

But I got reward points for a few transactions done on 7th and 15th Feb.

I have received it for the 1st, 4th, 10th, 13th, 15th, 19th, and 22nd, 23rd of February so far. All done via Setu and from the 19th used IDFC Firstap. 22nd 2 transactions done one in PhonePe and another in Setu received for both.
Pending 23rd Feb 1 transaction via Setu

I am yet to get any points for the entire feb transactios, last credit date on 31st Jan. What am I missing?

Then you need to call cc and ask them to check the status because 14 days have been passed. It is not that you will always get the earlier txn days points before the txn done on later days, keep that in mind. wait the whole 14 days because some times, they credit on the 14th day itself.
