Idfc first select welcome kit

I've just been upgraded to idfc first select.

Bank customer care had informed they currently don't have the proper welcome kit box so if I'm in a hurry they could send welcome kit in envelope & that it would contain all items included in box.

On me stating I'm not in a hurry & would wait for proper welcome kit box they assured that I would not be sent envelope & they'd expedite box

But lo & behold I was sent envelope

I have seen multiple customers sharing the proper welcome kit they received.



Is there something that can be done?
 
UPI payments via IDFC are never settled in real-time, almost every other transaction goes into pending mode.
I was thinking about making it as my primary account, but not now.
Paytm Savings account was the best for small day-to-day transactions

oh i have never faced this, made it my primary account some months back and have been using upi a lot 😱
 
I meant. @R!ppEr account says 10k savings account. so if you have a 0, 10k or 25k variant account, does it say anywhere.
Account variant is mentioned, not the required MAB. Though the name of account variant is 10k/25k itself for normal accounts

Go to accounts-select acc no- shall be stated at the very top

And that is what I have said in previous post
 
Read the thread . I already know about select, wealth etc. I am asking about the MAB required. for few People it shows on the account page.
MAB is same as per the account you selected while opening IDFC Savings account.

Since you're unable to view in app, connect with IDFC customer care.
