IDFC Locker for Wealth Account (Query)

I have an IDFC FIRST Wealth Savings Account. Got the upgrade done few months back by maintaining 10L in Savings and then withdrew most of it thereafter.

Spoke today with IDFC Branch Manager who said that a small Locker is complimentary and I just have to do some formalities and it will be assigned to me. But then he said that the locker will stay free only as long as I am a IDFC FIRST Wealth customer. In case the bank downgrades the account in future, then the locker will be charged.

My only question: Has anyone has any experience of IDFC downgrading the FIRST Wealth account?

Yea if it's get downgrade it will be chargeable, and then ask for big locker they can do it , idk about the downgrade ,

Short answer is NO

But no one knows the future .

Even if they start downgrade there will be 3 month period atleast..
So u can open & rest depends on your relationship with bM .

Even if you maintain 2+ lakh relationship with idfc wealth.. they won't downgrade.

Looking at devaluation can't be certain about anything
