Hi guys just opened an account in IDFC got my welcome kit... I do see there are lot of threads for dc rewards can someone one tell how to see the points accumulated on acc I did my first transaction through debit card but I cannot see any reward points section on app or in net banking


Also pls let me know if I'm having a select acc am i pre approved for select credit card..
And if my present pincode is not serviceable but my office address is in serviceable pincode is there any possibility to get card with that

For a pre-approved offer, you need to be the primary account holder under family banking and maintain the major relationship. Getting a CC offer is difficult, but you can apply for CC and if you get Select, it is fine. If not, get the Classic/Millenia CC and within three months, you can upgrade it to Select without any documents based on your Select account.

I am sharing my history with IDFC: (WOW Card) May 2023 only this was available -> SB Account 25KMAB Joint July 2023 (Secondary Holder) -> SB Account 25KMAB Joint October 2023 (Primary) -> Applied Via CashKaro got IDFC Millenia/Classic without docs via C2C (Selected Millenia 1.38L)-> SB Account 25KMAB May 2024 -> First Select Account Conversion on 14th June 2024 -> Called the CC asked for Select Card as I was pre-qualified instantly request taken card generated within few hours
I only spend Rs130 using my Millenia Card before the upgrade.
Also, got a new single account for my mother...

My Journey of Upgrading to IDFC Select banking​

I got upgraded to IDFC Select Banking on the 13th of June 2024. The process was seamless after giving the consent on 10th June. Virtual DC was generated after few hours. The physical card has not been received yet, I am using the virtual one with no issues. It is showing in the app from the next day IDFC First Select.

Let me share the whole journey.

I started my journey with IDFC last year in May with WOW CC. After that, I opened a joint account(25K MAB) with my father(as Primary Holder) in July End. Been using that...

Hello Everyone,
I have a banking relationship with IDFC First Bank since May last year and I have First Select(Got upgraded on 13th June 2024) Savings Account. I already had a WOW card from May 2023 and used it occasionally. Then I got one joint SB(MAB 25K) in July 2023 then another(MAB 25K) in October 2023. But never received any pre-approved CC offers in the app or net banking. Applied for an Unsecured Card through Cashkaro and received 2 options Millenia/Classic in January 2024. Selected Millenia with 1.38L Limit with No income documents using C2C basis Apay(4.2L) 10-month-old card...

You can know your account variant through IDFC mobile app, if you click on 3 lines in left corner,
It will open navigation menu, there you should see an option FIRST Rewards that will have points accumulation so far.

If anything above is not seen them you update your app

On the top left hand side if u click on three horizantal lines, left side menu will show the reward points...
u will receive 2000 points on debit card transation of 1000 or more...

Apply 2nd debit card, IDFC firstap RuPay debit card and use for cc bill payment via freecharge app.

no extra charges on RuPay for cc bill pay via freecharge.

daily limit 1 lakh per day.

You will get same reward points as per your account variant. also get welcome rewards, no need to use primary debit card.

Now you will get only one time welcome rewards.

So use direct firstap RuPay DC for cc bill payment and get welcome rewards + base reward and 10x rewards too. No need to use primary visa/mastercard dc.
