IDFC spend based Offer unable to enroll?

Dear
I got an IDFC spend based offer for September spend Rs.75000 and get 7500 points.
I'm unable to click the notification it's being automatically closed.
So how to enroll now for the offer.
Anyone know tell me the other ways to enroll
