IDFC started to offer Multiple credit cards shared limit (not only INSTA-PAY_RUPAY)

Hi there, i was just checking for offers on idfc, got limit enhancement recently (within 6-8months of issuance of card)

It was surprise Today when i get to know that idfc started to issue multiple credit card with shared limit (including insta-pay) but not limited to just rupay (rs.199/-) card. But other cards also shows after name and mobile opt screen. Though i haven't proceeded after cards selection screen (between intital 1st screen and 3rd screen where it asks PAN n other details)

Attaching screenshot. As per this screenshot it seems that card will be issued instantaneously with shared limit with existing card.

Do let us know if anyone proceeds further and get the card issued.

P.S.: Previously idfc always thrown error whenever their existing customer try to apply afresh, but now i guess scanrio has changed completely.

I did not have any previous relationship with the bank so should be normal process

I already have 3 credit cards from idfc... It's normal with shared limit... Wealth... Lic select and UPI chargeable 199

Can you tell how did you get LIC card? When I applied its asking if you're an lic agent..on choosing No option, its not processing further.Customer care says its only for lic agents..is it so?
I already have the classic variant and rupay virtual card.

In my entire process bank never mentioned like you said.. Just as usual apply...

No it's for all customer... I will post card picture once I receive.. Probably on Monday

You applied online with mobile no. & pan + otp? Do you hold any other idfc card? Lic cards from idfc are better than axis. I so much want to have the select variant but no clarity with bank's policies.

I too was in doubt but no cibil hit.
On other hand this thing I'm trying since i get idfc credit card, but sometime after vistara card launch they enabled this shared limit/multiple card system.

I got CIBIL hit when applied for LIC card. Entire process was just like NTB application. Had to mention other bank's card for c2c and all. But just after submission, the application got rejected for no reason. Same happened with most of the existing customers.

Already have their Select card, Wow card, Vistara card & UPI card.

I also tried to check which cards are showing like eligibility check but it's showing same form as NTB and after all details like pan and other card details filled it says " it's looks like application already in progress"

Vistara cards are worth it if their flights operates in your city. Your joining & renewal fees gets compensated by free Premium Economy ticket & lifetime Vistara membership. One free class upgrade is icing on the cake.

look @Guidence . exactly same happened to me. And when I asked customer care they gave this atrocious reason that Lic cc are only for lic agents!!

Nope. They'll share the same existing limit with your Vistara card as it doesn't hit CIBIL for existing customers for Vistara & Power cards. Card gets instantly generated after your confirmation.

To get a IDFC wealth card, either you need to earn 3 lakhs per month orelse you need to hold atleast a premium credit card from any of the banks already (so that you may get it as a part of card to card basis)
