IDFC vs IndusInd for savings account

Hello everyone,
I am evaluating between IDFC and IndusInd for another savings account. Both banks are at equal distance from my home. I have credit card relationship with both banks. Personally have found IDFC app to be the better one and customer care slightly more responsive. But there is a nearby IndusInd ATM which works very well. So, I am a bit confused between the two. Can you please share your experiences.

P.S. Not looking for Zero balance accounts. Okay with keeping 25k as MAB.

I also have same issue, on 29th may submitted offline form for rekyc and today rekyc service is showing completed in indus app. But automatically new service request created of signature modification.
So after signature modification request sucessful compl will I able to apply cheque book online or will have to visit branch.
U can request from app or by calling cc or video branch
 
Opened in March 1st week via branch , current mab is 25k
I have 3 accounts in IDFC 2 joint and 1 Single. I funded 1L+ while opening the Single account (Variant 25K AMB) last month to get the First Select account still under processing.

Upgrading my old Account requires me to keep 3L MAB to show in the app. So, I opened a new account and will add all the accounts under family banking after getting converted to first select.
I think initial funding is not required coz I have opened the select account with 10k initially.during 1st month amb is not charged, after this period I maintained 25k amb
You got the Select Account by just initial funding of 10K?

Yes , on account opening they sent me a link to fund account. And I have added 10k after 4 or 5days got welcome kit
 
Yep, KYC gets rejected. And if you don't do it physically, it happens.
Branch executive first said kyc valid for another 10 year, no kyc documents required.
2nd time they are asking to write letter that no fraud happened.
As the signature mismatch problem happened we have to update signature via signature update form which requires pan card signature in that form

I think you can file a fraud case asking how your signature got changed in bank...
 
Same thing happened with me. Opened IndusInd account through VKYC. VKYC went smooth but IndusInd imposed debit freeze after initial funding. Went to the branch, employee did KYC and told me that it'll take approx 5 working days before things are all fixed. Today I received an sms which said that signature update is completed and then I checked by transacting money and I was able to transact now. Still waiting for debit card so that I can access IndusMobile app. Not good onboarding lol.
 
Blindly go ahead with IDFC if you want peace. App and net banking are good with IDFC.
I'm not too fond of the Indusind App, I also have an Indus Select Account opened Via Online & Legend & Aura Edge CC. But they are not issuing me a cheque book asking me to visit the branch and update my KYC documents & signature. The branch is not near my house and they wouldn't send anyone from the branch.
I have been using the accounts, IDFC(holds 3 accounts 2 joint and 1 single) since last July. So far, I have never faced any issues and if anything occurred call the CC and got the resolution. I have not visited the branch once so far. I am also upgrading my account to First Select and adding my other accounts under family banking. I will update you soon on the process, which is currently under process.
Indusind one since April this year debit card, upi, NEFT & IMPS works fine, no issue.

I also have CC and banking relationships with both.
Idfc has family banking ??😂🤣😂🤣
