IDFC Wealth account upgrade

Would it be possible to the account upgradation from select to wealth without giving consent?

I raised a request to upgrade my account from Select to Wealth to the IDFC branch at which my office has a good relationship.
Today he said that my account is already upgraded to wealth and will be updated in the app by tomorrow. I did not give consent for wealth.
 
Update : He cried and I bought for 50000 premium and then i used wealth dc for credit card bills and account freezed....so I asked branch manager and he declined...so utilises all the points and now sent confirmation for policy 50000 closure and sent confirmation .last time refunded fully without any deductions...now so without any loss,I came out with profit of around 2 k welcome bonus....as account freezed ,the guy who opened account is being forced by his manager to close this account.so I am going to call him and come immediately maybe tomorrow or 12 december.and get far from idfc bank

Wait, did you contact him again? From where this wealth dc usage coming from and account freeze?

It's an old story.I asked to upgrade wealth account,he said buy insurance ,I bought,after getting advice ,I cancelled,he asked many times so I reduced premium from 100000 to 50000 and ,after paying lot of credit card bills, account freezed,and now cancelled the new (50000 )insurance ...he calling me but I am not picking up

Credit card bill payments....sbi unipay...I did like 4lakh bill payment in 2 days....and got points worth of around 7000 or 8000 rs....then freezed before ending of freelook time...I asked ,follow up branch to unfreeze but no response and i contacted pno....then BM got anger on nose and said no to unfreeze stating that transaction pattern and amount doens't match to my profile like age ...so I cancelled the new plan also and I won't attend if he calls again and I will strictly say I am out of this bank completely.....so finally secured the points and redeemed them and Amazon voucher is gone .....
 
i finished 3 months and maintained balance for 3 months but the RM says its still not showing eligible any advise?
 
Visit the Branch and threaten the BM that you will remove the funds to a different branch where they are upgrading your account instantly.
Last time i went for some other work they said at IDFC they dont follow branch culture so would this help?
