only kyc is required and otp on the number to be registered.

Yes. As I have applied for power plus card. Even add-on card member undergone with vkyc

I was facing the same error for Wealth Card Add on Application last month but in my case, I had requested for a mobile number change 6 months back. The mobile number was updated for OTP and transaction alerts but not for net banking.

While entering the details to initiate Add on Application, my new number was not getting accepted and kept showing the same error. Finally I used my old mobile number and the application went through successfully. Then my nephew submitted the form, did VKYC and card was generated instantly.

I am struggling to get wealth add on card. My spouse have done kyc twice but still kyc status shown pending. No proper response from nodal team. Can I cancel my add on application and then can I ask agent to raise add on card request. Anyone got idfc wealth add on card pls help
