IDFC Wealth Card: Video KYC for Addon applicant also?

I recently got a IDFC Wealth card and was impressed with the user experience of IDFC all along. So tried to apply a add-on card for my wife.

At the end of the process, IDFC wants to do a Video KYC of my wife as well. Never saw Video KYC requirement for add-on applicant with any other bank before so my overall positive experience with IDFC soured a little.

Any other bank required vKYC for Add-on card?

When I applied for add I was shown before applying that spend minimum 500 and get 500 cashback on each add on. And I also received 500 for each. @jainsuk @Wealth is my birth right!

Yes after statement generation next month recieved 500 for 2 add on. Verified with my statement also. I applied for this in feb 2021.
I was notified about this via sms before applying for addon

Mom's application is going through, but Dad's getting rejected. Only thing I can think of is maybe because dad's age is 60+
Any insights if that is the case and if we can bypass it ?

They show all transactions together in their app, so don't think it will require separate spends on add on cards.

Hi, did you get a chance to check if Rs 5000 spend criteria is account specific (all cards combined) or card specific (each of primary and add-on cards) ?
Also, the lounge visits are shared ?

I have applied for add on credit card last week. Two times Kyc done but still application status showing kyc pending. No proper response from idfc pno too , they are asking to wait
