I received a call from IDFC saying that they are offering me their 10k MAB savings account as a zero MAB, I agreed but when they tried to process it, they keep getting error.
they said maybe its because of my IDFC WOW card & the FD I have with them because of it.
so a few weeks ago I got the card and FD closed & hoped that they would call me with the offer again.
but they didn't call me, so I called their customer care & asked them about it, they said if I don't see the offer in their app, then I don't have the offer.
& their app doesn't show zero MAB their for me.
so I called them again & they said if I still want zero MAB account then I can get a CC from them & turn on autopay for CC bills and it will make my account zero MAB.
but they are not ready to give this in writing in an email, they just want me to trust their word.
what do you guys think? what should I do? wait for the offer to show? or trust them and get the CC?
