if I get a add on card on my airtel axis bank credit card, will it have a limit on 25% cashback?

i have to pay for my other family members mobile, and the total goes above 1200, so i was thinking if i could get an addon card for my spouse and pay the remaining bill via that card.

i have very little hope of this actually working, but still i wanted to ask you guys

When you open the app you can see in the offer section 'apply for add on'

Found it thanks. Sorry for the dumb question, I'm getting an add on card for my wife. For online transactions using the add on card, OTP will be sent to her number right? Because that's the main reason we're applying for it
