IHCL has stopped giving 50% off to all the Tata Group Employees from 1st of January but is giving offer only to Taj Sats Employees.
IHCL has introduced new 25% off to all the Tata Group Employees from 1st of January.

Not sure whom you are calling cheap stakes.
But what I understand is most of the Tata Group Employees have some benefits in all Tata Group Companies and some additional benefits in their own companies. Taj Sats Employees also have that differentiation now.
