What improvements or new features you seek in credit cards(in terms of technology rewards, offers, rules, charges, application process, eligibility criteria etc etc etc). Literally anything of new/ better version of CC’s please share your thoughts

tap and pay while doing ecom transactions
once card details are entered screen should show a place to pay via nfc making it much more secure as no tokenization no otp required

-Less T&Cs and exclusions (becoming a headache nowadays)
-flexibility to do most tasks via app only like billing dates can be changed easily using ICICI app
-Milestone tracker and transaction wise Rewards/CB details
