Inclusion of NIT Warangal in DCB LTF Alumini Program

Hi all

I would like to share to some positive service provided by PNO office of HDFC Credit Cards in December 2022. I hold Regalia Signature card since 2010 and want to upgrade to DCB LTF under alumini program. But the list I go do not have my college(NIT Warangal) but has 6 NIT's(3 above & 3 below NITW ranking). Initially after taking my request by Priorityredressal and providing all documents, they informed me that college cannot be included. I escalated the request till PNO and to my surprise, received positive response that process of inclusion of NIT Warangal has started and asked me contact after Jan 4 2023. They offered CL LE from my existing 4.2 L to 6.5 L(basis my income doc) in the interim(which I did not ask for).

When I dropped mail after Jan 4,2023 the process was very smooth and I got DCB LTF card by Jan 12 2023. Guy from Product Development Team called me and requested to circulate the message that NIT Warangal is included for DCB LTF offer and they will reply within 7 working days after filling the form. I am enclosing docs provided by HDFC Team. Kindly circulate in all relevant groups.

Can you list the 6 NITs which are under the program? Unfortunately the link you shared https://v.hdfcbank.com/htdocs/common/dinersblackinstitute/index.html doesnt have the institute list.

No idea. I just mailed to Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com stating I have DCP and want to upgrade to Diners black LTF as per Alumni program. Then they replied back to provide with some consent. I just mentioned I consent for all their questions and attached my degree certificate. They didn't ask for anything. No salary slip, no ITR nothing.

And they have replied it's LTF.

I don't understand why they are asking for pricing confirmation since its a LifeTime Free Card.

5. Provide us your confirmation on scrutinizing his cibil report as a part of credit validation.

I don't understand why they are asking for pricing confirmation since its a LifeTime Free Card.

I had these questions:

1. Your consent for card upgrade mentioning the last four digits of your current card number.
2. Credit Card variant to be upgraded.
3. Life Time free card as per the Institutional offer
4. Acceptance towards transfer of Reward points (if any) from your old HDFC Bank credit card to the new card variant as per the applicable conversion ratio* (*Refer enclosed Upgrade form for details).
5. Degree Certificate
