Income and Property Tax payment

Hi guys, I am looking for your suggestions on what cards to use for tax payments. The cards that I am looking forward to use or icici apay and icici sapphairo.
Apart from this I also have infinia, atlas, plat travel, axis flipkart and not so significant cards; can I use any of these?

Problem is T&Cs on cards are changing so rapidly that those threads have became obsolete. @TechnoFino Probably we can have a master thread (probably editable by only you / other mods) which has exclusion / inclusion criteria atleast for popular cards?

I did but i am still not able to get any proof for rewards on apay icici giving 1% reward. Cause some say it does while some say it doesn't.

**UPDATE** got a reply from ICICI Costumer care

" Transactions for the purchase of fuel, gold, silver, any precious metal or any tax-related payments shall not be eligible for Reward Points.”
Not sure why they haven’t mentioned this in another T&C.
Other exclusions include
EMI transactions, purchases converted to EMI and fuel spends

I paid property tax using APay card and got 1% cashback in the statement. Not sure about Income Tax one though with so many cards changing T&Cs frequently.

Last year IDFC Wealth CC gave me rewards points on IT payment, but I'm not hopeful this year.

Yep, however it might be due to different MCC since each state has their own site to pay.
