Incorrect cashback awarded on transactions

As shown in the image I made three transactions on cleartrip which amounts to a total of Rs. 4321, which means I should be given a cashback of Rs. 216. However, in the "Cashback earned after last statement" section I'm seeing only Rs. 68.

Am I missing something here? Has SBI removed even travel expenses after the devaluation? Should I report this to customer care?
I know that here the difference is not much but I want to clarify this as I'll be making some more travel expenses in future.

Same with me, i booked flight tickets via MakeMyTrip approx 12000, didn't get cashback after settlement.

Guys better to close this shitty card. I closed mine last week and they even didn't care about retaining the customer

I also faced the issue.. Didn't receive the cashback on cleartrip transactions.. Raised a complaint today.. Even had a talk with the customer care executive.. They told they can't help until statement is generated.. The executives are not aware of the situation I guess!!

++ They said that they won't be able to help without the statement.
This devaluation has made the card very unreliable, I will never be sure of how much cashback I'll get on any transaction. This may not be an issue on the SBI side but still it does reduce the value of the card to a great extent. I cannot keep contacting the customer care for every discrepancy.

I had only one SBI credit card and in future I will never opt for Sbi card anymore

Do you know whether the transaction done on Flipkart will provide 5 percent cashback on sbi cashback card, when merchant name shown is "paytm_flipkart" ?

Not sure about paytm_flipkart but I have received cashback on Flipkart.

Exactly.. I was also thinking the same.. However they give cashback on flight booking via indigo and paytm!!

Merchant code was 4112 which is related to railway transaction. However i actually had booked flight via MakeMyTrip. They have denied cashback given their terms and conditions for each MCC. Any luck at your end?

I am not sure of my issue has been faced by someone. Till yesterday before bill generation my cash back was displayed as 2200, after statement generation only 1050 got credited. Not sure what happened? After devaluation and rearranging their MCC Codes for cash backs, this card really doesn't live.

Not yet.. Still escalating only.. I think in my case also they have give railway ticketing MCC.. It's high time the merchant code should be checked and the option of correcting the merchant code/option for raising a discrepancy against incorrect MCC should be provided.. Lot of cashbacks are missed because of incorrect MCC..

I have also booked directly through Indigo and in that case they have given the cashback correctly..

I got 5% cashback on cleartrip flight booking and even on IndiGo website.. Seems like mcc is fixed
