Indian Bank Credit Card Application

Has anyone been able to get an Indian Bank Credit Card using the online portal?

Planning to get a Rupay Select Card (annual fee 250 from 2nd year, waived off on spends of 50000). But I don't think I have the patience or the energy to visit the branch (they accept C2C for offline applications).

Also, Do we get points for UPI transactions?

Applied online and after submitting all details just got saying its in processing and gave an option to download a PDF file with all my details I submitted and nothing else. what can be done ? Visited nearest branch and they could not find any of my details in system and customer care says go to branch lol

Visit the same CC application portal and enter the same bank acc/mobile number. It will show you the reference number if you have completed the application earlier.

No Joining Fees. Annual charges are Rs. 295 + taxes

Wow, just tried, it is showing spa options 😁. I thought it's not a wellness card.

No OTT offers, right? It is showing just Gym, Spa, and Health offers. I was under the impression that all RuPay Select cards get OTT offers as well. 😕

I can see the reference num and thats it nothing else. No communication. For other i believe it showed sanction letter immediately

I was in a similar spot a few days back. I couldn't change my home branch without physically visiting the branch. No one from the home branch was picking up calls/calling back upon filing a request. Even the BM was not responding to emails. Forwarding one of the emails to the nodal officer helped. You may want to give it a try (nodalofficer@indianbank.co.in).

Mine is a small place. They will have to use speed post😅. They didn't give option to choose office address as communication address either.
