Axis Credit Card Indian Oil Axis bank premium Credit card LTF Reg

I am recently migrated to Axis Bank Indian Oil Premium Credit card from Citi Bank. At the time of pre migration the Citi Bank offered me an option to convert as Lifetime free through mail. Unfortunately I contacted them during migration (within 1 week post mailed date) they refused to convert/close the card since the migration was already started.



But after communicating with Axis bank to convert my card to LTF they simply rejected and claimed as the bank's norms..

As I already hold Neo and My zone LTF. I hardly used this for fuel transaction.

Please anyone suggest me.

Annual fee Rs.1000+GST and waiver if spent of Rs.30000 previous year.

30000 is achievable, 1000 minimum you have to spend per month even if you have 2 wheeler!

AXISIOCL code gives good disc in Zomato for 2 times in a month...
2 domestic lounges without any spend limit ( not tested though)
AXIS30 code in Swiggy also gives good disc...

For every 150rs spent in IOCL bunks it gives 6X edge miles...
1 edge mile = 1Rs in the redemption site....

2000 myntra voucher needs 2000 miles.... etc..

Just now axis Bank support Team confirmed over the telephonic conversation, The annual fee waiver eligible criteria limit will be Rs.1,00,000/- post 15th July 2025... It's time to close the Indian Oil Axis Bank Premium Credit Card.

I am also in a dilemma regarding this card for the time being. As of now only using it for the Zomato offer. Tried using the card thrice at outlets but it’s simply useless post migration. Rewards don’t get credited as per card feature and each and every time manual escalation was required where they ask for invoice for edge miles credit. I am able to see pre-approved upgrades to Neo Rupay, Privilege and Atlas but these any of these three won’t serve my purpose for the time being hence not upgrading. I am waiting for the renewal of the card to see if they waive off the fee or something because if they don’t then surely I’ll upgrade or close it off.
