Indian Oil Axis Rupay CC - Not able to receive transaction OTP

OTP isn’t getting delivered to my phone no. while doing a transaction. Raised complaints more then 3 4 times. Still not getting solved.

Anyone faced same issue? kindly share how it got resolved.Thanks

I faced a similar issue, called the helpline and they refreshed my card after 24 hours of refreshing it was resolved
