How would you even operate the account ? Russia has OTP type system too. I lived there for 6 years from 2012-2018. My own account in Sberbank is probably dormant now. I’ll get it reactivated whenever I visit again. But what about linking mobile numbers ? You will probably need Russian phone numbers too.
