Indie Bill Payment Cashback query

I usually use Indie Megastar to pay 500 towards each of my cards for Rs50 CB. However, I recently noticed that my payments and rewards don't add up. Its like if I pay 2 bills (eg Swiggy and Neu) each from HDFC for 500 each, I'm supposed to get 100 gems but I only end up getting 50. It's like they consider HDFC to be a single biller.
I didn't keep trach of all CB I got last month but i paid 7 cards with x 501 each and didn't get anywhere near 350 gems.
Can someone look into this? Am I wrong or?

Yh i read that the maximum gems that can be earned through bill payments will be limited to 150 per category, Without informing us, they can't do this right? Or did I not get the notification?
