Indigo Bluechip Program

Hi,
I have recently enrolled in the Indigo Blue Chip Program. I booked a flight ticket just 1 day prior to enrolling for January. That flight is not enrolled in the program. In the FAQ section of Indigo, It is stating to enter the Blue Chip account number in the Manage your booking. But I am unable to see any such option there. Any help would be highly appreciated.

There is an option for retroactive claim. Try that.

Retroactive claim is for the flights that have already been taken in the past 90 days. My flight is due in January. So not applicable on that.

Indigo is still ironing out issues. In any case, Bluchips will be credited post completion of flight. So I guess wait for that!

Many Bluechip options are not available on the app or mobile website. Did you try the desktop website?

Yes. I tried. I’ll call their customer care once.

Family members can be enrolled as a Nominee. However the points are earned only for the primary member. For family members to earn the point, they need to be enrolled in a separate account number.
