They are saying Zero MAB
Zero Annual fee for Debit Card
Do they really give Titanium Debit card?

They said Zero MAB, Titanium Debit Card without any joining and annual fee and the other details which are written in the bank website.
I have an ongoing banking relation with Indusind Bank.

That’s great then. If the email says so, they will deliver. If they don’t, you have a handle to use.

That's correct. I have opened Savings Advantage (SA) account. I was having credit card, and one day a message popped up in WhatsApp that I am eligible for this account. Process was fully digital. No documents or anything. It was opened instantly. Got the Titanium MC Debit card at no charges.

One thing they mentioned in the welcome kit is that , if you maintain 50k in this SA account, I will get double reward points on my credit card. I don't know if that works, but sadly I had to let go of SA account as I upgraded it to Exclusive account. Check your card statement after opening the account to verify
