Indus bank credit card apply

Bro I have applied for indus bank credit card I am not done my vkyc and I apply in 2020-21 but when I am applying know they are saying a application allready in progress and I mailed to indus bank they are saying no application is pending pls provide any solution

Nothing can be done, Indus is shut. You've to go via offline route, visit nearest branch, it should be done
