Indus delight zero saving account

Please share experiences about Indus delight zero balance savings account. Is it good to open.

I don't think so if they provide the cashback properly as mentioned.
5% back on fuel and restaurants made me to use this card as primary for those 2 categories .

It is better only If they provide but they never will. I contacted them but they are not ready to do that.

With 2.5% cashback this account and debit card is totally useless.

or platinum plus, the one that comes with delite account by default?
i'm very sure that the platinum plus debit card that comes by default with delite account , gives reward points worth 35 paisa each.

Delight debit card it is .
It was the default debit card i got.

Do you use paytm payments bank/airtel payments bank Fixed deposit. Becuase if you do they open those fd with indusind. Same thing was happening with me and branch employee told me this.

Opened account via branch. No other option.

However Debit card charge is too much to be called zero balance account. ₹590 per annum. That too for useless Debit card.

You get 5%cb on fuel & ott. Also the fees can be waived of with 25k transaction..

Yup and at the end after filling entire form they show a message in small font that VKYC will only be valid for 12 months, I need to visit branch to complete full KYC. I noped out and opened account in AU instead.

I think vkyc consider as full kyc...

Only the aadhar based kyc have 12 months validity

Did you find any solution for that error

First close all the FD in both paytm and airtel payments bank then try again.

If it still does not work then select I am a existing customer from accoun opening page.

I contacted customer care last month , yesterday remaining cashback got credited. So i got 5% cashback on my fuel + dining spending .

Funded 10590 initial funding
Rs. 590 was debited for DC
Working perfectly fine .
now the same account I've upgraded to select (zero balance) with Legend Credit card.

Has anyone ever redeemed cashback point in delite account? Seems like they only give half the value of point while they clearly mentioned on the website 1 point = 1 Re

@ 1st time redemption they gave 250rs for 500rp but after complaining via email they credited remaining amount, and yes this all process took 2 months 😑

Not free you have to pay 590. But there is fee reversal process..
