Need 1 help . I had gotten 3000 Indusind Reward points via a credit payment by IndusInd Exclusive Debit Card . While I was converting it into Rs. 1050 cashback on the indusind app , I did not receive the money in my account event though the Reward points were deducted . I had raised this to their support team around 3 weeks back but there is no resolution and the response that I get is that the technical team is looking into it .
Would appreciate any inputs on how to escalate this and get the money back ?
