Since October I've not been able to access my indie acc as per them aadhaar entered is wrong. Although the indie is opened basis my Exclusive account with the bank. It sometimes seems IndusInd hasn't been able to cope up from Indus Valley Civilisation.

Once they called me from branch after 2month of sending an email to customer care. So yeah kinda slow like snail.

Install the INDIE app and register, they are now shifting to a unified interface on both mobile and web (net banking is in beta stage)

In future, both IndusInd and Indie accounts will be on the new interface..

The Indie interface will be future for IndusInd..
All the existing IndusInd customers will be migrated to Indie interface ...

Very bad, but scan qr feature let us to pay only through Savings (Bank) A/c or even with CC A/c?

I don't know why a new app, why investment is not done on old to make it good enough. 😏

Because, the new app will be written in a completely different new software environment.. using the latest Technology platform..

With the current app developed in old legacy technology platform, no matter how well they improve it will have its limitations

Best example:
IndusInd already started doing this..
Indie is their new generation app developed using new tech stack .. and...

Yes it's true. They have lost their minds but there are some who actually believe that the pathetic Indie app is an upgrade and a better app than IndusMobile 🤦🏻‍♂️🤭. While some just pride on how they predicted it first. I can just say that IndusInd Bank is going to lose some customers over this boneheaded move

I tried to setup the indie app since I also got the email for the sunset of indus mobile. It's asking me to enter pan card to open account? Does that mean I'll have another account created ? I already hold an exclusive account. Is there no way to use debit or credit card to login ?

I generally believed that, if we provide sufficient time, feedback, and support, positive change is possible.

However, my experience with IndusInd Bank shows that never possible with this bank, regardless of the changes they made.

If we ignore interest rates, there seems to be nothing else offered by this bank.

no my primary account is in bandhan bank, also have accounts in sbi ,axis burgundy etc
Any problem with indusind bank?

netbanking can automatically log out in between fund transfer.

Annoying logout music.

Non-responsive mobile and netbanking after 10pm.

Support mails never get response (atleast I never get response for reply, till now).

Including nodal officer, your mails maynot delivered and marked as spam.

Loan conversion, dial an EMI etc. spam mails.

most interesting part is, if they send fd mail saying "we're offering so and so.." and by mistake if you see that mail...

For some reason I can only transact from my Overdraft account using the old app.

The new Indie app gives me a ‘Transaction Failed’ error whenever I try to transfer money using the OD account. Other accounts are able to do transfers except for the OD account.

After entering pan it would show that you have existing relationship with bank. Then need to verify by debit card. No new savings account is getting created.

I have 3 credit cards and no account, but when I enter my MPIN, it asks for my Pan card, and once I enter it, it asks for my Aadhar card to open a bank account.
