Indus mobile is going to be discontinued soon transitioning to indie !

Just downloaded indie, I already have Indus select account.
But the problem is, it's showing transaction limit of only 10k. Even, I can't send more than 10k to previously added beneficiary of Indus mobile.
Will it be increased in future?
 
I had my fair share of bad luck with IndusInd bank. One of of my service request was dragged on for over an year: the issue rendered my brother's account inoperative FOR A YEAR. But on an average of all banks, I am always less pissed at IndusInd than at other banks.

Also if anyone with exclusive account is having trouble requesting both Visa and MC Debit Cards. It's high time to call Customer Care request MC (even if he closes Visa) once it gets delivered, raise a request for Visa from IndusMobile. This wont work once IndusMobile is discontinued. I would suggest getting all possible debit cards from IndusMobile.

This restriction is for the first 24 hours when the app is installed
 
It's asking to open saving account or fd or credit line and no option to manage my existing cc.

Old indusind app is not working in my mobile anymore
 
Isnt this forcing a customer to open an account? Can we complain to rbi for the same
You can try using IndusInd CardsHub to manage you CCs. They released it sometime back to manage credit cards. Check it out. Its like HDFC MyCards, it will ask you to create a shortcut for easy access.

Seems we need to get link from them. This is really bad user exp. The previous app was working fine n now it's disabled and giving me hiccups
 
My wife's iPhone X isn't supporting indie after there recent changes in app, whereas indus mobile is working fine on iphone X.
She has indie account and now there is no way to operate that account.
 
Seems it's time to upgrade the phone! 🙂

Yes, already planned to purchase new phone, waiting for s25 ultra launch...

But still it's not good for old iPhone users. they might be stuck, since there is no option to manage indie account without any app.
 
What about CC only users? I have only the Legend CC and no other banking relations with IndusInd. Not planning to have any other account with them. Does that mean one will be limited to accessing their clunky web interface only?
 
Use Indusind CardsHub. It's like HDFC MyCards. Let us know how it goes.

After reading the thread, I went back and checked IndusMobile. It asked me to update the app as I didn't check it for a couple of months. Updated, and it is working. There are the usual hitches, takes for ever to load and sometimes the fingerprint doesn't work, but the app is working fine otherwise, and I haven't received any message asking me to upgrade to Indi...
