Indus select account got freeze, what i do?

Hello All,

Today my indus select account got freeze, customer support executive told me, branch has freeze my account

RM didn't tell me what is actual reason

I don't know what i do, can i raise complaint against branch in RBI?

Visit the branch & ask the BM about your account freeze situation. If this doesn’t solve the issue then you can mail to nodal officer or even RBI. But before taking such step make sure you collect proper evidence if you’re not at fault.
