Haan wahi bolke rakha hai maine...mera abhi 1 mahine purana account hai...maine website se kahi bar apply Kiya mera cibil bhi 768 hai others bank ki 5 card hai phir bhi 2 bar ye indusind ne reject kr diya...isliye maine select account open kiya..mera RM bol raha hai ki 6 mahine tak 50k agar maintain hota h toh mujhe legend card mil jayega lekin joining fees dena padega... annual koi bhi fees nhi lagegi... LTF hogi

In 4 cards ke liye koi relationship nhi chahiye hota.
Sabko ltf krte hain ye wo aapko misguide kr rha hai apne incentive ke chakkar me

Waise bhi itna ghatiya bank h account open krne ke bad se Indus mobile app pe Bhim UPI me UPI transfer nhi ho Raha hai..har bar incorrect otp problem bata raha hai...Maine complaint bhi kiya kuch nhi hua....mera rm,bm bhi chootiya hai kuch kar nhi sakte...cc bhi chootiya hai....aur mujhe koi real time sms alert bhi mil nhi Raha hai...subha transaction kiya to raat me email pe aata hai...aur sms toh kabhi nhi aate...itna ghatiya bank hai...maine to isliye open kiya taki pre approved legend card mil jaye aur mera select account 0 mab ho jaye kyu ki bahar se application reject mar raha hai...aur itna problem ho raha hai mera

see ..... card is very good, but customer care is the worst. I closed my Celesta card two weeks ago just because of their customer care support.

What were the problems you faced ? I mean, why did you have to reach out to customer care ?

In today’s time whatever product or service you opt for…just hope that it works!!! Verna bhagwaan bachaye, customer server is going to shit. (Except Apple)

Bhai pehle card toh aane do, uske baad batauga ..... issues .....

ek minor mistake in their official website me ............... Lounges aaj bhi purane hai usme they haven't updated their Celesta Micro website for long. I pointed out the same last year, but to date they have not bothered to update the website.

These are the small issues. Major toh bahut hai.

1. The "FD" column means secured card taken against FD? Or it means if you have FDs, those count in the TRV/NRV and therefore bank offers you higher card?

2. If we already have Legend, will maintaining 2L make them offer Pinnacle as upgrade?
