Indusind bank credit card not delivered

my indusind bank credit card was approved on may 6, but is not yet delivered.
i messaged indusing bank few days ago, they promised to get back to me in 3 days but not updates from them yet
i didnt even receive the waybill number from them.
yesterday the bluedart finally sent me a message saying my package was out for delivery.
that's when i realized the package was with the bluedart delivery station since 11 may, and they only tried to deliver it on 17th.
but even they could not deliver and said the consignee address was incomplete. now the package is at the delivery station, waiting.
what do i do now?
 
There would be an option to reschedule the delivery on the tracking page itself. Else the tracking link sent by bank. I'm quite sure the address was not an issue at all. Had a similar case when two of my cards were held and false out for delivery alert was sent. It was delivered the next day itself.

bluedart is the courier in this case. and no one sent me the link of the package. i only got the link on the day it went out for delivery.
till then i had no clue as to what is happening with the card. i emailed bluedart, gave them my address and told them to call me if you wanted any other details. i hope they they will deliver atleast now.
and i couldn't see any reschedule option on the tracking page btw

In my case it was the welcome kit for my account and culprit as usual IndusInd Bank. Bluedart called me up at my registered number and confirmed the address with me and delivered the welcome kit.
