how the heck one contact there credit card care? Their iVR is stupid, does not comment to a live person, emailed them no reverts, I changed my handest and am now not able to register on new. i upgraded to eazy diner card I don't remember my address as I shifted recently, their cc website has no profile address. so dumb

Their stupid IVR goes in circle and doesnt let you connect to a goddamn person.
I email them at exclusive@indusind.com and gets a response after 3 days.

staying on rent they don't accept utility , only dl, voters card etc which I cannot possibly keep changing every 2 year or so, when I told them I would complain to ombudsman, was told that would not change bank policy. Bank or a joke.

Use the email I mentioned above and write about closing your card. You will get a response about card closure in 24-48 hrs

I hold pioneer ac..I redeemed my debit RPs..trnasaction successful but neither cash got credited neither RPs got reverted. I contacted my wealth banking head. After following 2 weeks no response. They did not even to bother to reply to multiple mail also. Finally after 4 weeks my RPs got back in account.

Indusind customer care is non-existent. Their IT system is archaic. Dont know how this bank survives to this date
