IndusInd Bank Current Account Opened Online and Having Issues

Hello TF members!

I have recently opened an IndusInd Bank Current account online (Indus Tarakki Account). I opted for Titanium Debit Card, Netbanking, Mobile Banking but still I didn't get any of these even after 10 days. Also received this SMS today (check attachment). Unable to send money from this account through any digital method. Initial Funding amount of 5K is stuck there.

BTW, what's the meaning of this SMS? 🫣

Also they have charged 1.18 Rs. for QR code initial fees. and are there any settlement fees for UPI transactions in Indus Merchant app?

I think you are unable to use your account due to the seeding issue. First, try to fix that. In the meantime, I have called our Bamboo expert @VISHESH_BANSAL 🤣.

Recently opened individual Tarakki current account but got different customer ID from savings account. Is it possible to merge both of them under the same customer ID as I want to see both of the them under the same net banking and mobile banking login?
