Which one do you have? I suppose the visa?

If you get the visa first, it's difficult to get the mastercard.

What you need to do is :
Call customer care and tell them you want the mastercard world debit. They'll say you can have only 1 active card on your account.

Try telling them that you'll close it later. If they don't agree, ask them to close the visa card and issue the mastercard world debit.

Once you get the MC world, you can apply for visa and platinum via the app again.

If you get the visa first, it's difficult to get the mastercard.

I've told care that people have multiple dc on single account but they don't budge.
RM is XD. Will start selling me investments first.

They will permanently closed your visa card. So you will lose all the points.

So if you have points or are expecting , then it's best to redeem and then reach out to them.

For timeline, it's the standard delivery time of a card to your address ( 1 week or maybe more/less depending on address ).
