1.I emailed on socialm@indusind.com. You have to follow up so much time to get RP. You can also DM to official twitter handle. They will raise request number.
2.If you have MC DC than you can apply for signature visa DC through indus app.

1. Ok, I'll email them and exclusive care as well.
2. I currently have Visa DC, and in my app it shows options to apply signature, gold, and platinum again.
I have around 5k points already, hence I cant close the dc right now.
Do you suggest me to get MC card over call next month starting after I redeem all my RP?
Do you know how much time it will take to receive new MC DC?
After it I can normally apply visa too by apply now tab on the app? Won't close my another card?
Please revert whenever possible, thanks.

redeem it for cashback already. you can hold upto 4 dcs.
you can get mc world dc anytime, rps are seperate for all dcs.
on app it is almost instant, physical one will be arriving within 7-10 business days.
nope. all will be remain active, don't forget to set pin.

When I opened select account I received MC DC and than after I applied for signature visa DC from indus app.
Some people are getting visa first and than they call Customer care to get MC DC. You can also try to apply for MC DC via customer care only. May be they will refuse first but you have to try 2-3 times may be one can apply for MC DC for you.
You don't need to close your visa DC

Ok will redeem it tomorrow and redeem the rp which I receive for last month later.
I am aware that I can hold more dcs as I read it on forum, but calling bank CS has been of no use.
Till now I've talked to 3-4 people and they give me the same answer that the signature will be blocked and closed and I'll receive MC.
On app under apply now section I only have option to apply Visa cards, gold, platinum, and signature.
No option to apply MC.
Hence, after spending my all RPs (as they'll expire if my card gets blocked) should I call them and get MC?
If visa actually gets blocked I'll get a new one from app, else good job?
And I hold pinnacle CC, hence dont maintain balance, Is it fine to hold 3 cards? MC, signature and platinum.
Please let me know if I should do this.

I got pinnacle CC before opening account and gave them my noida flat address, and I received my CC there.
I opened my bank account offline and received its kit at my permanent address in tier 3.
I have linked both these and they show properly in netbanking and app too.
Now I am leaving my flat and want to receive any future updates and renewals at my bank account address.
Do I need to do anything for it? Or it happened automatically when I linked both the accounts.
Also, how do I apply the Priority pass? I am planning a trip and it will come in handy.
And all priority passes are same, right? Like I can use my priority pass at any place listed on priority pass website outside India, till the limit allowed by bank, 2 each quarter for pinnacle in my case.
Please help me with this too, thanks.

i did one using partner visa signature card on paytm for cc bill payment,......=havent received yet...earlier used to get rps on the said transaction...have mailed to customer care...has been a week from said transaction
Check address in CC statement. If not updated then you have to visit branch or if your aadhar card has permanent address then you can update online through indusind apo

Ok, so I should download the statement online?
I have my adhaar and its the same address I want on my cc too.
In the bank app, the communication address on credit card is shown as noida only, this means it must be it.
How do I change it on the app? I am unable to find the option.

Since it's a mail associated with social media team who handle complaints... You can get early and better response.... Typical mail will take weeks to even get a reply

Paytm cc bill payment transaction will not be counted
Check in profile. There is option to update address by uploading aadhaar.
