IndusInd bank select account no longer zero MAB with legend card?

Visit nearby branch and open select account with initial payment and tag cc with sb under same customer id
After inking card move the funds out enjoy
Can open select account online ?in select page it says open but dk if it will give select account option and will ask initial funding.
And in offline 1L initial funding need ? (Which i dont have 🙂)
 
Nope but I have lost access to Indus Net as I have been migrated to Indie NetBanking and there is no option to redeem debit card reward points as cash in Indie NetBanking.
Any way to redeem points? Migrated to new NetBanking and not even able to login.
 
I upgraded my account to select account on August 2024, I usually maintain 20-30k in this account, but this is the first time I received a message about maintaining average balance.

Before This I never received any message & I have also checked my statement for past 1 year, I was never charged any fee.

so, has anyone else also received similar SMS?
IN 2023-2024 i opened the select account linked my legend card.Since then Every month i used to receive this sms but no money deducted. Tweeted to indusind & they confirmed no need to worry.
 
For the first time in 2 years, IndusInd Bank has deducted a non-maintenance charge from my account. I never received any SMS reminders in the past about maintaining the required balance. But just a few days ago, they suddenly messaged me asking to maintain the balance — and now this charge.

To make things worse, IndusInd has also reduced the savings account interest rate to just 2.5%, like most other banks recently. There’s no way I’m keeping ₹50K parked in this account for such poor returns.

I only had ₹10 in my Select account, and after this deduction, my balance is now negative. It seems like the bank’s systems are not properly identifying customers who meet the eligibility criteria for sekect account through their IndusInd Legend credit card.


Looking at other people’s comments, it seems like many customers are facing the same issue this time.

I’ve already mailed reachus@indusind.com requesting a reversal of the fee. Let’s see how they respond.
