Same sabka 1062 kata. Jisme kam balance tha unka negative hogya. Mera khud -632 hai.

pura thread padh bhai, maine hi start kra tha jab bank ne SMS send karna start kra tha for non-maintenance.
Vo comment update tha ki bank SMS bhej rah hai but vo particular date tak koi deduction nahi hua tha, aajj hua toh uska update dala maine.

If they don't reverse it and deduct for another quarter as well, we should make sure RBI slaps them hard.

This is a direct violation of the agreed account terms. There's no ground by them to deduct non maintenance charges if we have an active legend card.

The latest schedule of benefits updated on site as of 1st May, 2025 still says holding Legend constitutes relationship. Same goes for Exclusive account with Pinnacle card.

But the fact is my virtual RM called me and assured that the charges wasn't supposed to be debited since I have legend. And that he is extremely sorry for the problem. And not to worry he will raise request to reverse it. He asked for a mail to his work email id, sent it at once.

Let's see together...

Mujhe abhi call aya bol rhi thi linked nai dikha rha. Maine bola to 3 saal se jhak maar rhe the tabhi se katna start kardete usi time close karwa deta.

Mujhe lagta hai jabse indie app merger hua usi time dikkat hua hai
